Cyber Staff is an ambitious IT recruiting agency with a focus on hiring engineers (SE, SDET, DevOps and others). We work with clients around the world, helping them fill vacant engineering positions and grow their production teams.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter, a self-driven individual, autonomous in work with deep understanding of technologies to help us deliver a first-class customer experience.

What you will do:
  • Write and post vacancies
  • Active source for the candidates
  • Develop pipeline of candidates
  • Full cycle of recruitment: from briefing with hiring manager to handling the negotiations and signing up the offer
  • Control of successful probation period completion
  • Completion of monthly hiring plans
  • Track and approach results
  • Report about results

What you will need:
  • 3+ years experience in IT Recruitment
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency
  • Self-management skills: you are a confident Senior Recruiter, and you don't need to be micromanaged to be efficient
  • Proficiency with boolean and x-ray search
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
  • Must have English (B2+) both verbal and written
